How Meetings Work
1:1 meetings are designed to connect Project teams / IP holders with Meeting Partners to explore potential collaborations. The platform automatically builds your meeting schedule based on mutual requests. To set up your meeting Agenda, log in, browse the Participants tab, and request meetings. The platform's algorithm will generate the best possible schedule for everyone.

• Meetings are 30 minutes
• Project teams / IP holders remain at their assigned tables; Meeting Partners rotate.
• Action required by Oct 14 at 18:00 PM JST: Log in, browse the Participants tab, and submit/review your meeting requests. Meeting agendas will be published on Oct 16 at 12:00PM JST — you won't see a populated 1:1 meeting schedule before then.
• After Oct 16: Agendas update at 12:00 PM JST on Oct 23, and daily at 6:00 PM JST from Oct 27–29 — check back regularly.
• Full instructions and an FAQ will be available in your Dashboard once you log in.
